Following his death, despite being in a state of melancholy, a question netizens continue to ask and ponder over is the cause of the veteran musician’s death.
In a TikTok live, Ghanaian spiritualist, Ajagurahah who claims to be an adopted family member of Daddy Lumba discussed the cause of the musician’s death.
In the video titled “What Caused Daddy Lumba’s death”, Ajagurajah stated that he had had a chat with the wife of the late musician and knows what caused the musician’s death.
In his narration, Ajagurajah said that he was there when he had a call, and surprisingly enough, it was Daddy Lumba who was calling him.
The spiritualist claims that when he picked the call, it was Daddy Lumba’s wife who was behind the call, only to officially inform him about the sudden demise of the late musician.
According to Ajagurajah, Daddy Lumba’s death does not correlate with anything spiritual, but instead, the mistake of a hospital.
Even though Ajagurajah did not state precisely what happened, he subtly stated that if there is anyone to be blamed for the death of Daddy Lumba, it is the hospital to which he was sent.
The controversial spiritualist noted that Daddy Lumba was never bedridden, he just went to the hospital for treatment and never came back.

He added however, he wouldn’t like to say anything for now since Ghanaians are in a state of melancholy, but assured that he would be talking as soon as possible about what happened.
“That is why I am afraid of the hospitals. Law is law. And if you violate the law for anybody, you would eventually pay for it. I am telling you the gospel truth. One thing I would advise you not to interfere with is spirituality. Don’t put your nose where your nose does not belong”, Ajagurajah proverbially stated.
Adding that “No Spirit killed Daddy Lumba. No juju killed Daddy Lumba. Instead, it is human error, I spoke with the wife this morning. But we want the mourning to come over, we will take action”.
