Zack GH, the former manager of Kumawood actor and producer, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has dragged him.
Zack GH has said that the actor, unlike many others is selfish and does not want others to progress.
Speaking in a recent interview, Zack GH said that Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has already built himself so much that it is about time he paved the way for others to shine.
According to the former manager, the likes of Agya Koo, Akrobeto, McBrown among others allowed Lilwin to shine, so, the actor should do the same thing for others.
However, Zack said that the selfishness of the young Kumawood actor wouldn’t allow him to do that because he does not want anyone to compete with him.
He added that numerous roles do not fit Lilwin, but because he is the producer of his movies, he forces himself to play the lead role and in the end, he becomes a square peg in a round hole.
The actor and former manager, in proving a point said that Lilwin’s movie dubbed “Mr. President”, the actor didn’t fit the role of “The President” which was the lead role, but because he produced the movie, he played it and even though he was the president, fooled in the movie like a comedian.
Instead, Zack GH named actors like John Dumelo, Majid Michael, Kofi Adjorlolo, Van Vicker among others who the aforementioned characters fit the role better.
“Because they paved the way for him. Somebody paved the way for him. You see, that is part of the reason why we are bothered. When you go to Nigeria, they have so many characters. You can mention a lot of them. So many comedians. So whenever they are writing a script, they have numerous options. It is not all the movies that you have to be part of. But over here, we always think that because it is our investment, we have to play the lead role. That is why I said what Big Akwes said is true. We should be honest with ourselves. There are many things that when you say, people might conclude you hate the person which isn’t so”, he said.
“For me, sometimes if I get to know that the story doesn’t fit me, I don’t force things. I sometimes even recommend other characters for the role I should play because I know they can play it better”.
