I’m Working On Giving Birth to Baby No.2 – Nana Ama McBrown Drops Shocking News

Ghanaian actress and media personality, Nana Ama McBrown, dropped a stunning update in her personal life after revealing she was working on welcoming baby No.2.

During a recent episode of her Onua TV programme, Onua Showtime with Nana Ama McBrown, the actress shared that she has commenced processes to ensure she gives birth to another child to add to her daughter, Baby Maxin.

McBrown wasn’t clear about her planned mode of delivery, ie, whether she plans to get pregnant herself at the age of 47 or she plans to utilise surrogacy or another method.

The actress turned presenter shared the news while interviewing a U.S.-based Ghanaian woman, Hannah Korkor Addo, who failed to conceive for almost 15 years after she got married to her husband.

Korkor revealed that after suffering for that long, she finally managed to conceive with the help of a Ghanaian fertility doctor.

She then added that she’s now working on welcoming baby No.2.

McBrown, who had her own fertility struggles before welcoming her first child, Maxin Mawusi Mensah, at the age of 41, then added that she’s also working on welcoming her second child.

“I’m also working on welcoming my second child,” Nana Ama McBrown said in response to her guest’s revelation. “I want a second child,”

McBrown’s struggles to conceive

Actress Nana Ama McBrown has spoken in the past about the fertility struggles she had to welcome her first ever child.

McBrown married Ghanaian businessman, Maxwell Mensah, in 2016 at the age of 38. McBrown’s inability to conceive had gone on throughout her thirties and entered her forties after her marriage.

In numerous interviews, she revealed how she travelled the country, visiting fertility doctors and pastors to solve her issue.

Eventually, she started IVF treatments that worked out for her, and she delivered her first baby at age 41.

McBrown said the experience was extremely fulfilling as she had been looking for a child since she was 23 years old and finally managed to achieve it in her forties.
