I Have Not Slept Ever Since My Brother Died- Daddy Lumba’s Sister Faustina Fosu

It is no news to the staunch followers of legendary Ghanaian highlife musician, who recently bought the farm, Daddy Lumba, that the deceased had a sister called Faustina Fosu.

Daddy Lumba in many of his songs acknowledged Faustina Fosu, making it clear to all and sundry that Faustina was his biological sister.

Well, the last born of late Daddy Lumba’s parents, Faustina Fosu has spoken for the first time following the death of the legendary musician.

Speaking in an interview with GH Page’s Akosua, Faustina Fosu confirmed that she is the biological sister of the late musician, revealing that they are three; Akosua Brempomaa, Daddy Lumba, and herself, Faustina Fosu.

Talking about the musician’s journey and childhood, Faustina said that all she could say was that her brother was a gifted musician, stating that, unlike many musicians who had to be under training, her brother didn’t go through any training.

Fausty claims Daddy Lumba’s musical journey started even when he was a kid, however, it became bigger when he traveled to Germany.

Reacting to the death of her brother, Faustina Fosu said that she almost fainted when the lawyers of Daddy Lumba via a phone call informed her of his passing.

Shockingly enough, Fausty claims neither she nor the other family members knew about the sickness of their beloved, adding that it took them by surprise.

According to her, she has lost a great part of her life because Daddy Lumba was the only supporting plug she had and could run to anytime the need arose.

Following the death of Daddy Lumba, Fausting Fosu emotionally stated that she had never slept.
