Dating A Scammer is Better than Dating A Lawyer – Adjoa Tee

Ghanaian social media personality Adjoa Tee, co-host of the Rants, Bants, and Confessions podcast, has stunned her viewers after revealing her dating preferences.

Speaking on the most recent episode of the podcast, in which the girls discussed the occupations of men they would date, Tee said she would rather date a scammer (fraud boy) than have anything to do with a lawyer.

Adjoa Tee said she once dated a lawyer during her University days and discovered him to be very stingy. She revealed that made her wary of dating lawyers, but she has no problem with dating a scammer.

“I like somebody that spends time with me, that has time for me, that gives me so much attention,” Tee said. “I wouldn’t mind dating a scammer because he’s always home,”

Her comment drew gasps from her co-hosts, actress and musician, Andrea Owusu aka Efia Odo, and Rosey. Adjoa Tee double down and continued to explain her choice.

“He’s always home, he’s just on his phone and talking to me on his other phone.”

Efia Odo grilled Adjoa on her choice, noting that since scammers are naturally liars, you can never know when they are lying to you. Tee replied that, comparing them to lawyers, who are also presumably skilled at lying, she prefers scammers.

“Comparing a scammer to a lawyer, a scammer gives more than a lawyer,” she said. When challenged about the evidence for her assertion, she said she had an experience with a lawyer which made her completely turned off from dating people engaged in that profession.
