Controversial Kumawood actor, Big Akwes has finally apologized to Ghanaian musician, Cina Soul.
The Kumawood actor reacting to Cina Soul’s post on Twitter has said that his threats to the musician “Was meant purely for entertainment purposes”.
According to Big Akwes, he got information that following his threats, the mother of the musician got scared and did not know what to do next, claiming that he cannot even hurt a fly.

“I never intended to hurt her. I was even told that her mother was very scared of what I said, and for that I am truly sorry”.
Big Akwes sent a message to the mother of Cina Soul, stating that “If my words made you believe that I would harm Cina Soul that was not my intention at all. It was just for entertainment. I sincerely apologize if my comments caused panic for Cina Soul, her family, close friends or anyone connected to her. I have no hard feelings towards her”.
Bryt TV, on their part has also apologized to Cina Soul, her family and anyone connected to her in a lengthy Instagram post.
The media house posted a video of Big Akwes attacking Cina Soul and captioned it “In light of the public reaction to a recent segment featuring Kumawood actor Big Akwes, we have taken steps to address the sentiments expressed, in line with our values as a media platform”.
The media house went on to add that “we extend our sincere apology to singer Cina Soul and our cherished audience for any unintended offence caused during the Kiss, Marry, kill segment”.
Meanwhile, Cina Soul has called on the Ghana police to ensure that the Kumawood actor is dealt with for threatening her.
In a lengthy post sighted on her official X page, Cina Soul said “@Ghopolice service I’m deeply unsettled by this. I initially chose not to respond to earlier comments because I do not wish to be associated with this individual. But at this point, I feel genuinely threatened. I may not know the proper channels to report this, but we must take a firm stance against this kind of dangerous rhetoric being broadcast on our TV and radio platforms. We must not normalize hate”.
